Comr. Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema Pledges Massive Support for President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori Ahead of 2027 Elections

Comr. Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema, the Sole Representative of the Olu of Warri to NNPCL and its Joint Venture (JV) partners, has reaffirmed his unwavering political commitment to the leadership of Nigeria and Delta State, pledging robust grassroots mobilization and electoral support ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a strong statement of loyalty and strategic alignment, Comr. Edema assured the incumbent President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, of his readiness to deploy his extensive network, influence, and grassroots structures across the Niger Delta, particularly within Itsekiri communities, to secure overwhelming votes in support of the President’s re-election bid.

He emphasized that his backing is rooted in confidence in the President’s leadership capacity, ongoing reforms, and commitment to the development of oil-producing communities.

Highlighting his role as a key liaison between traditional authority and the oil and gas sector, Comr. Edema noted that his position affords him a unique advantage in engaging critical stakeholders, community leaders, youth groups, and opinion molders. He stated that these relationships would be effectively harnessed to galvanize support, ensure political awareness, and promote active participation in the democratic process in favor of the President.

In the same vein, Comr. Edema extended his firm assurance to the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, pledging total support toward securing his re-election. According to him, the continuity of Governor Oborevwori’s administration is essential for sustaining ongoing projects and consolidating the gains already achieved. He further stressed that he would work closely with political stakeholders, traditional institutions, and grassroots mobilizers across Delta State to ensure a resounding electoral victory for the governor.
