RE: Itsekiri Youth Leader and Trust Chairman Egwa-Tie Community, Comr. Tsaye Edeyibo Mene, Disowns False Claims by Mr. Roland Yomere on Alleged ‘Renewed Alliance’ with Tantita Security Services Limited

The attention of the Itsekiri Youth leader and the Egwa-Tie Community Trust, has been drawn to a publication dated November 8, 2025, credited to Mr. Roland Oti Yomere, wherein he falsely claimed that “the indigenes of Omadino Federated Communities in Warri Federal Constituency of Delta State have fashioned out a renewed alliance with Tantita Security Services Limited.”

She wish to state unequivocally that Mr. Roland Yomere spoke solely for himself and his personal interests, and not on behalf of the people of Omadino Federated Communities or any recognized organ of the Itsekiri nation. His statements are most misleading, unauthorized, and do not reflect the collective position of the leadership, elders, or youths of Omadino.

For the avoidance of doubt, Comr. Tsaye Edeyibo Mene, Itsekiri Youth Leader and Chairman of Egwa-Tie Community Trust, hereby disowns and distances the people of Omadino and the entire Egwa-Tie axis from the purported “renewed alliance” being peddled by Mr. Yomere.

Omadino, being a historic and central Itsekiri community under the undisputed overlordship of His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, the Olu of Warri, have not enter into any alliance, partnership, or understanding with any organization or individual without due consultation and approval from the legitimate structures of our community governance .

It is, therefore, mischievous, deceitful, and self-serving for anyone to use the revered name of ‘Omadino Federated Communities’ to curry favor or to create the impression of community endorsement of a company or a personality with questionable character who has consistently insulted our reverend monarch and the Itsekiri people, marginalized and tried severally to illegally annex different communities in Omadino land and Warri kingdom in general. We would never endorse a company with allegations of running private prisons, Kidnapping of indigenes of it’s host communities in it’s illegal prisons and known other human rights Abuse of their host communities all in an attempt to intimidate and complete annexation of our God given Land through the use of force. The management of Tantita have never respected us nor given the Omadino people what legally belongs to them in terms of their entire area of operation nor have they been allowed to be in charge of the security of their entire land mass but have instead resulted to insult, intimidation, divide and rule and complete disregard for our people and leaders over the years. We would only work with a reputable organization who have respect for the rule of law, constituted authority and their Host community which is clearly lacking in Tantita security services and it’s Chairman Government Ekponkpolo.

We advise the management of Tantita Security Services Limited (TSSL) and the general public to disregard the said publication as it does not emanate from the duly constituted leadership of Omadino, the Egwa-Tie Trust or any other of our communities. Any genuine engagement or collaboration involving Omadino or its sub-communities like Egwa-tie ,egwa-kporo, Bakokodia, Abe-Ubikoko, Okerenghigho, Akpata, Okpomu, Aja-Pepe, Eyene-Ogbe, Esungbo,Agigho e.t.c will follow due process, transparency, and community consultation — not the personal pronouncements of individuals known for their unstable character seeking relevance to pay their bills.

The people of Omadino community and all communities in the stretch of land of Omadino remain committed to their stand for the Obedience of the rule of law with Justice, As loyal subjects of His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and will continue to pursue unity and development within the framework of truth, integrity, and respect for constituted authority in Warri Kingdom.

We caution those using the name of Omadino for private negotiations or financial gains to desist forthwith, as such acts amount to impersonation and will not be tolerated.
