Joemarine Institute Honors Chief Dennis Otuaro for Contributions to Maritime Skill Development
Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, was honored with an Award of Honor by the Joemarine Institute of Nautical Studies during the flag-off ceremony for the Refresher Course for Maritime Delegates under the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
