Dr. Shola Mese Extends Festive Support to Caddies at TYB Golf Club, Abuja
Caddies at the TYB Golf Club in Abuja were full of smiles yesterday as renowned philanthropist and businessman, Dr. Shola Mese, distributed food items to them in the spirit of the festive season. The gesture formed part of his continued commitment to uplifting underserved groups across the country.
Dr. Mese, who also serves as a security expert and the Sole Representative to the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) to the Olu of Warri, personally led the distribution exercise. The caddies, many of whom rely on seasonal earnings, described the support as timely given the rising cost of living and the financial pressures associated with the Yuletide.
Speaking during the outreach, Dr. Mese said the initiative was his way of celebrating Christmas with the caddies, acknowledging their contributions to the golfing community.
