Bayelsa Queens FC Win 2025 NWFL Premiership Title
Bayelsa State-owned football club, Bayelsa Queens FC, have been crowned champions of the 2025 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership after a dominant 4–1 victory over Naija Ratels in the final match of the Super Six playoffs in Ikenne.
Vera Samuel netted a hat-trick, while Mega Cynthia added another goal to seal the win.
This marks the club’s sixth league title and secures them a spot in the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League.
Nicknamed the “Prosperity Girls” they remained unbeaten throughout the season.
