FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ITSEKIRI YOUTHS FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE CALL ON PRINCE COLLINS ORITSETIMEYIN EDEMA TO CONTEST FOR DELTA SOUTH SENATORIAL SEAT UNDER THE NDC

The Itsekiri Youths for Good Governance, a socio-political group committed to equity, justice, and the advancement of good governance in Delta State, hereby calls on Prince Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema to contest for the Delta South Senatorial seat under the platform of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This call has become necessary following the growing dissatisfaction among party faithfuls and stakeholders over the lack of a level playing field within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State. It is evident that the political environment within the APC no longer guarantees fairness, inclusiveness, and equal opportunity for all aspirants seeking to serve the people.

Prince Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema has consistently demonstrated leadership capacity, political experience, commitment to grassroots development, and dedication to the welfare of the people of Delta South. His political track record and connection with the people make him a credible and capable candidate who can effectively represent the interests of Delta South at the Senate.

As concerned youths who desire progress, fairness, and quality representation, we strongly believe that the NDC platform offers a better opportunity for a transparent and people-oriented political process. We therefore urge Prince Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema to answer the clarion call of the people and present himself for service under the NDC.

We are confident that his participation in the race will inspire hope, strengthen democratic values, and provide the people of Delta South with purposeful representation they truly deserve.

The Itsekiri Youths for Good Governance remain committed to mobilizing support for credible leadership and advocating for the political inclusion and development of our people.
