JARO EGBO SENDS CONDOLENCE MESSAGES TO THE CLARK FAMILY OF EKIAGBODO ON THE DEMISE OF PA E.K CLARK..

The Ughelli North Local Government Council Chairman, Olorogun (Barr) Jaro Movudu Egbo Ksc, has expressed his sincere condolences to the family of Clark -Fuludu of Ekiagbodo and the entire Ijaw nation, on the passing of Late Chief (Dr) Senator Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, OFR CON, to the world beyond.

In his condolence message released through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Efe Ekete, the Ughelli North Council Chairman described the Late Elder statesman as a patriotic Nigerian, an icon of Hope, and the Voice of the Niger Delta people.

Olorogun Jaro Egbo eulogized the former Federal Commissioner for information and Leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum group (PANDEF) for his exemplary leadership and his consistency in contributing his quota to the growth and development of Nigeria over the years, particularly the South-South region of the country.

Late Pa Chief Edwin Clark who has been at the forefront of the advocacy for the development of the Niger Delta states will be greatly missed by all, particularly, we the Niger Delta people, because he was a “lone Voice” who speaks and both the government and the people listened, his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Nigeria and his constant counsel and recommendations to the governments at all levels has never gone unnoticed. Egbo said”.

Late Pa Clark is a Distinguished patriotic citizen of this country who is bold, fearless, and very committed to the liberation of his people (South-South), one man who has written his name in gold in the heart of every Nigerian; his legacy will continue to inspire generations to come. Egbo Added ”

Today, while we mourn his departure from our midst, we also celebrate his life and time with us on earth and pray that one day some of us will fill the vacuum he has left behind, continuing from where he stops until our region and Nigeria as a country is well developed and globally recognized.

‘On behalf of my immediate family, and the good people of Ughelli North LGA, I extend my heartfelt sympathies to the family of Clark – Fuludu of the Ekiagbodo community, and the entire Ijaw nation, on the passing of our Father and Leader, Late Chief (Sen) Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON, who passed on recently at the Age of 97 years.

The Chairman prayed that God, in his infinite mercy, will console those he left behind, and may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, Amen!
